the new starter set: BakuTriad |
The new Bakugan Gundalian Invaders toys tend to have slightly higher g-power than that of the last few toys of the New Vestroia series. However, the g-powers can sometimes can get in the low 600s, although most are in the low to mid 700s. The strange thing about the Bakutriad is that it is a starter pack in some ways, and in other ways, it is not a starter pack. Though it includes an instruction manual, the g-powers for the Bakugan can fluctuate by about 100 'G's. Not only that, but the BakuTriad I got happened to have a Bakugan Super Assualt!!!
Despite the odd things about it, the BakuTriad is sure to have powerful Bakugan and cards. It has enough for a kid to play the game, plus it generally has more powerful Bakugan than most other Bakugan sets, and at a better price.

First Bakugan purchase |

I bought this set for my 4 year old son, who's been talking non-stop about these toys since a classmate introduced them to him. He's not really interested in playing the game, only in 'transforming' the Bakugans and having them 'fight' each other. I was afraid the Bakugans would be very flimsy and would break in no time, but they seem to be pretty sturdy (we've only had them a few days). If they do break, I'm not out a lot of money. I feel the price is very reasonable. I love how portable they are-- he can put them in his pocket and he's ready to go. I think this item is an excellent choice for kids just starting their collection. |
